Spacing

• Spacing means the amount of space between letters, words,  lines, or paragraphs etc.
• Spacing is used in order to achieve legibilty.

1. Letter Spacing :

• It is the adjustment of Horizontal white space between the letters in a block of text. 

• The letter space between two characters is fixed, regardless of their shape.For example the letter 'I' will take less space than the letter 'M' in the word 'MAIN'.

2. Line Spacing :

• It is the space between each line in a paragraph. 

3. Word Spacing :

• It is the adjustment of space between words in a block of text.
