Hierarchy
- A Hierarchy is an arrangement of items (objects,names, values, categories etc ) in which the items are represented as being "above","below" or "at the same level as" one another.
- A Hierarchy is a system or organisation in which people are groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority.
Advantages :
- Orders came from higher up and more straightforward topdown so there will be less mixed up of sources of orders.
- Provides a stable form of management and ruling.
- It creates a clear lines of communication.
Disadvantages :
- Would be in trouble if main leader counted on is incompetent.
- Creative and personal inputs might not be welcomed.
